More Pictures from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development layouts for the financier's personal tropical island among the photographs.

Additionally featured in this new image disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and features a legend identifying distinct parts of the land.

In addition to this are what look to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for boat shelters.

Further materials released as part of the continuing investigative release.
